Live showroom HVAC refurbishment delivered without disruption

Trident Air was engaged as a subcontractor to Bufton Construction to carry out HVAC refurbishment and relocation works at a live commercial showroom, office and car park facility on Great South Road, Epsom. The project formed part of a wider building refurbishment, including the installation of a new roof. Our scope required close coordination with the roofing team to safely relocate and recommission existing HVAC equipment while works progressed around the building.

The works included the relocation and reuse of five commercial split air conditioning systems, including both indoor and outdoor units, along with the installation of new fans and ducting. In total, 11 fans were included within the completed scope - covering a range of extract, supply and ventilation requirements across the showroom, offices and car park.

Because the building remained operational throughout the project, careful planning and staged delivery were essential. Our team coordinated works around office staff, showroom activity and car park access to minimise disruption to the client's day-to-day operations. Following installation, Trident Air completed testing, recommissioning and handover documentation to confirm the systems were operating correctly and ready for ongoing use.
